I am based in Riverside, CA. I service all of the Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles. Orange County and Los Angeles deliveries require a minimum order amount. Grab-and-go garlands are available to anyone!

Yes. I deliver and install balloon decor by request and subject to my availability. Delivery cost is tbd based on location. Installation cost depends on the nature of your installation and ranges from $85-200.

The best way to guarantee your date and time as well as color availability on balloons is to book at least 3 weeks prior, or as soon as your date is reserved. If booking within less than 5 days your event date there is a $50 rush fee.
If requesting delivery or installation, the earlier you book, the better!

Grab & Go Garlands are pre-made balloon garlands already assembled for you to pick up and install (hang) yourself. This option allows you to save money on delivery and/or installation if desired.

Many pictures you find of balloon displays contain what we call “custom colors”. These beautiful, unique shades, or more matte looking shades of color, are created by “double stuffing” two different colored balloons. This requires double the balloons, and therefore, costs more.

Cancellation 14 days before the event date. Client will be refunded in full minus any supplies already purchased for the order.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the event date. Client will forfeit deposit.
Cancellation less than 7 days to the event date. Client will be responsible for and pay 100% of total cost (garlands are typically assembled and stored a few days prior to the event date).

Your balloon garland’s pristine condition can be guaranteed for 1-2 weeks if kept inside. For outdoor events, we do not recommend installing more than 2 hours prior to the event. Balloons WILL pop in direct sunlight. Indoor balloons setups are recommended unless they will be shaded! Balloon quality can not be guaranteed in severe winds, extreme heat or on surfaces/in locations where sharp objects may be nearby. Even a blade of grass can sometimes pop a high quality balloon. Outside, within a few hours, oxidation from the sun creates a more “chalky” appearance and dulls shine of balloons.

Fill out my booking form with as much detail on your date, event, and colors as possible and you’ll receive an email back from me with quote proposals. Once we confirm all details, I’ll send you an invoice. A deposit is required to secure your booking, payment in full must be received at least 1 week prior to the date of your event. I accept Venmo, Zelle and cash.
